Do I Qualify for 55+ Apartments in Redondo Beach, CA? 

Seasons at Redondo Beach is an income-restricted community designed for adults 55+ who meet moderate-income guidelines. We provide equal housing and service for all people regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, or familial status, or any other protected class as defined by state and local jurisdiction.

If your income falls within a specific range, you may qualify for a one-bedroom apartment home in this coastal community.

To qualify, households must:

  • Be 55 years of age or older
  • Meet income limits based on total household income  (combined)
  • Earn at least 1.5x the monthly rent
  • Provide required documentation during the application process

  • $45 Money Order or Cashier's check for each adult household member
  • Social security card(s) for all household members
  • Valid government-issued photo identification card
  • 3 months of consecutive Pay Stubs  (13 weekly, 7 bi-weekly, 6 bi-monthly)
  • Current Social Security/SSI Award Letter or any other state income such as unemployment, disability, workers compensation, etc.
  • Proof of Pension Benefits Bank statements for the last 6 months (checking account)
  • If your total assets exceed $52,787, provide the following: most recent Bank statement (savings account) 
  • Tax Return (if self-employed)
  • Most recent digital banking statements, such as Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal


The following are the income guidelines and rental rates applicable to Seasons at Redondo Beach. The following qualifying income limits apply to all residents.

 

1-Person Household - income combined

Minimum: $3,536/month ($42,426/year)

Maximum: $7,071/month ($84,850/year) (cannot exceed)

 

2-Person Household - income combined 

Minimum: $3,536/month ($42,426/year)

Maximum: $8,079/month ($96,950/year) (cannot exceed)
